Research On Construction And Management Of Regional Incubators Network

As a new economic organization, technology business incubator is widely accepted by society owing to its prominent function on accelerating the development of high-tech industry, supporting the growth of small business and promoting regional economy. In the recent years, regional incubators network, with its resource acquiring advantage which individual incubator lacks, have been a new trend of incubator's development.Firstly, this paper studies the concept of incubator, incubation resources, regional incubators network, and analyses the importance of regional incubators network in the developing process of incubators.Secondly, this paper compares regional incubators network in Silicon Valley, Cambridge Science Park and Hsinchu Science and Industry Park, summarizes the characters of regional incubators network international. Then, this paper compares regional incubators network in Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an, summarizes the characters of regional incubators network domestically.Thirdly, this paper presents construction hypothesis of regional incubators network based on above comparisons, analyses the inside reasons, outside reasons, and foundations of regional incubators network. Then this paper presents structure model of regional incubators network, classifies network nodes into value nodes, information nodes, capital nodes and system nodes, and analyses the connection modes between different nodes.Fourthly, this paper design questionnaire and interview syllabus, and select Dalian incubators to test the above hypothesis. Then this paper constructs Dalian incubators network, analysis the structure, functions, and operation management of Dalian incubators network based on above analyses.Finally, this paper reaches five conclusions on construction and management of regional incubators network and gives two suggestions on further research.This paper provide theory gist and application value for the deep development of regional incubators network in our country.
