Research On The Enterprise Operation Of Technology Business Incubators

The appearance of technology business incubator can be traced back to the late of 1950's in the United States. In the last 50 years, incubator has promoted the economic development of the United States with great power. Incubator was introduced to China about 20 years later than the United States. Even so, incubator also has made great contribution to China's economic development. After 20 years of development, incubator has become strong roll booster of economic development in our country, and performed a valuable service to the cultivation of competitive businesses and entrepreneurs.In recent years, the development of technology business incubator of China entered a stage of rapid promotion. There is no doubt that the government plays a vital role in the development of incubator, but we have to say that in the meantime the government's guidance promotes the process, it also produces some obstacles. Firstly, because of the government's long-term guidance, incubator forms a dependency. It not only brings great pressure to the government, but is also not conducive to their own development. Secondly, the government's guidance also has adversely affected on the innovation of incubator. It is not hard to see that the enterprise operation is the future development trend of incubator. Therefore, the study on the development of incubator in the mode of enterprise operation is necessary.This study based on the problems in the process of incubator development, combined with the relevant experience and theory, and used the system analysis method, comparative analysis method and other methods. Firstly, this paper integrates the relevant research results and explains related concepts. Secondly, describes the current state of development of domestic and foreign incubators to provide relevant experience for our incubator. Then it explores the meaning and significance of enterprise operation, and points out that we must establish incubator strictly according to the modern enterprise system. Finally this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of enterprise operation for Taizhou HC case by analyzing the problems and the necessity of enterprise operation, and puts forward some concrete implementation measures on the aspects of government, capital, service and personnel, etc., and also puts forward some suggestions to the relevant evaluation index and control method.
