Based On Dual Organization Of Business Incubators Network Impact On Business Performance

Business incubator network is a relational model between enterprises and other organizations. The ambidexterious organization is a new organizational mode which can adapt to the changes of environment. The two modes play a pivotal role of enterprises in the information acquisition, knowledge transfer and sharing of resources. How to make full use of network resources to compensate the disadvan-tages of the contradiction of the dual modes in resources scarce, so that the dual mode produce balance effect, means a lot to the improvement of corporate performance. Therefore, this paper put business incubator network and ambidexterious organization modes into a research framework system,on the basis of enterprise network and ambidex-terious organization theory,drawing lessons from the existing related research results.Putting forward a concept model studying the impact of business incubator network to entrepreneurial performance which using ambidext-erious as intermediary. Furthermore, inquirying the impact of the balanced ambidextrous organization on performance in enterprise in incubators.The empirical results show that, in the business incubator netwok, relational embeddedness have a positive impact on exploitive learning and explorative learning,while structural embeddedness have a negative impact on exploitive learning,and positive influence on exploratory learning. At the same time,the intermediary effect of ambidexterious organization has been verified. In addition, the exploitive learning positive effect exploratory learning.They both negative affect performance in the condition of in resources closed environment(absolute difference),beneficial to the corporate performance in the condition of interaction balance (Multiplication).In short, the hatch of enterprise organization under the environment of network, in business incubator network,ambidextrous organization is beneficial to the entrepreneurial performance,especially favor to the corporate under the balance of the dual modes.
