Study On Dalian Aquaculture Industry Chain

The theory of industry chain has been applied widely in agriculture industry in recent year. It has effectively extended the agriculture industry chain, which has not limited the agriculture within the first industry. It has brought the agriculture processing, transportation and zoology sightseeing which belong to the second and the third industry into the agriculture industry chain. It is very vital for adjusting the agricultural structure, attracting the investment and promoting the development of interrelated industry and so on. Dalian is abundant in fishery resources, which is the important aquaculture production base of our country. However, the operating efficiency of industry chain has been low. With the economical globalization and competitive internationalization, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved to the one among industry chain. So, it is important for impelling the development of Dalian aquaculture and enhancing the international competitive power to strengthen Dalian aquaculture industry chain management.The paper utilizes the theory of agriculture industry chain management, the theory of transaction cost and optimization of industry structure, analyzed the present situation of Dalian aquaculture industry chain with canonical, empirical, qualitative and quantitative method. From the research, the author discovered four problems which are as follows. There is shortage of efficient cooperation between members of industry chain. The value increment ability of industry chain is not strong. The construction of information network has been faultiness. The technique of logistics has dropped behind. Then the author gets the conclusion that the level of the whole Dalian aquaculture industry chain is low except the exceptional predominance seawater product of industry chain. Basing on the analysis, the author drew the conclusion and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the cooperation ability of industry chain to establish the industry coalition oriented the market, intensifying the value creation of industry chain to evaluate the added product value, constructing the information network of industry chain to accelerate the information flow, enhancing the logistics service management and reducing the logistics cost of industry chain.
