Development Status Of Cold-chain Logistics For Agricultural Products In Dalian And Suggestions On Optimization

Agriculture is an important basic industry in China's national economy,and poor circulation of agricultural products will inevitably affect the sound development of the whole industry.In recent years,with the continuously improving economic level and constantly progressing science and technology,the living standard of the masses is improving day by day,people's consumer demand is upgrading,and their concern for food safety is rising high.Houwever.some fresh agricultural products represented by aquatic products are easily perishable,rotten and difficult to be retained fresh,which has raised higher requirements for logistics transportation of the fresh agricultural products.Cold chain logistics for agricultural products should possess strong timeliness,efficient temperature control technology and related cold chain facilities,so as to ensure quality and safety and extend the expiration date of the agricultural products.It can be said that the cold chain logistics for agricultural products has exerted an important impact on the development of regional rural economy and the living quality of rural population.Besides,the cold chain logistics is an important link for agricultural products from production place to sales place,and ensures the circulation quality.It is of crucial significance actively developing the cold chain logistics for agricultural products to meet the living consumption needs of urban and rural residents,to reduce the loss of agricultural products and to lower the circulation cost.In this paper,taking Dalian City of Liaoning Province as an example,first the concept of cold chain logistics for agricultural products was expounded.Second,the market supply and demand situation of the cold chain logistics for agricultural products in Dalian was analyzed,and the development status of the cold chain logistics was studied.Through empirical study,comprehensive and objective system analysis of the restricting factors of the development of the cold chain logistics was conducted.By learning from foreign advanced experience,in view of the restricting factors of the development of cold chain logistics industry of local agricultural products,suggestions on optimization were put forward from multiple perspectives of total planning,industrial standard,industry supervision,personnel training and information construction,hoping to make some contributions to the development of the cold chain logistics for agricultural products in Dalian.
