The Development Strategies Research Of Dalian Shengdai Technology Company

Since the 90's of twenty century, the software industry has developed rapidly throughout world, the continuous growth of which is going 5times more than the average rate. Although, the software industry is accelerated recently in our country and achieves prominent performances, there is still a distinguishing gap compared with international software powers. At present, there is a necessary research task how to speed up the development of our own software enterprises, therefore they could make our software industry bigger and stronger as soon as possible.This thesis's object is Dalian Shendai Technology Company (hereinafter referred to as the DSTC), a small size software company, which is existing coincidently in such complicated circumstance, i.e., on the one hand the software enterprises are supported by Chinese government powerfully and it is exactly in the best period of historical development;on the other hand, the most software companies still remain in stalemate situation because of lacking their own core competitiveness. Thus, there are significances in studying development strategy, like this case DSTC, both in guiding practices and representing realistic value.By using modern strategic management and theories, this thesis specifically analyze the macroscopic environment and industry line environment around DSTC, then discuss "opportunity and threat" at the moment stage, and "strength and weakness" on the way of development progress as well. Finally, the mid-long term development strategy is set forth which is suitable to DSTC in reality, and set the strategy of backward integration. Also in the thesis, the specific implement measure is established, as well as the control and guarantee means, which may ensure the success.This thesis aims to study the strategic plan and implement by standing on a small company existing, thus the result of the thesis may , not only be workable to DSTC, but provide a feasible strategic thought for other mid-small size companies in the software line.
