Talent competition is the main influencing factors in all walks of life in today'world,and more and more important.If we want to retain talent,we must pay attention to improve employee satisfaction.The purpose of this study is finding out the main factors affecting the unit staff satisfaction according to the employee satisfaction,putting forward to beneficial proposals for improving discussing the problem about establishing a universally applicable employee satisfaction evaluation method and the way of analysis in the people's bank of China branches,and providing the reference for similar units to improve employee satisfaction.The study defines the concept of employee satisfaction by firstly adopting the method of literature review,and careful ling teased the relevant theories and research methods.Analyze the factors that affect employee satisfaction and induction according to the carrent situation of the unit.Complete the employee satisfaction survey questionnaire on this basis,carry out a questionnaire for the unit on-the-job works by running staff's thought condition survey system of the people's bank of China,and finally 291 effective questionnaires were taken back.Use spss 20.0 statistical software to the reliability analysis,validity analysis,t test,descriptive statistics,factor analysis of variance etc and draw valid conclusions after completing basic date collection.Finally,find the main factor affecting the unit staff satisfaction and put forward some effective measures.
