In today’s society, the job satisfaction survey is becoming a very import tool forcompany to understand the expectation of their employees, internal improvement andbuild the enterprise image. But in past survey activities, there were some weaknessimpacted the effect of hitting final target, like uniformed survey method, theoreticalfactors and oversimplified analysis. These shortages caused the big variance betweenthe survey result and actual expectation of employees.This article focused on the method of employee satisfaction survey activities,involved some employees from initial system designation based on the people-orientedconcept. This makes the designed factors related to the actual concentration ofemployees in this company, also improved the participation and cooperation. In datacollection phase, we designed a computer system with live and amazing user interface,then provided some gifts for thanking the effort of participants. The invalid surveyresult can not be submitted because of the validation function of this survey system, andthe computer system shorted the whole process of data collection and sort out, so theefficiency of this survey activity improved a lot, also saved the time and labor cost. Indata analysis phase, we use the Minitab software which is most popular statistic tool toanalyze the impact of each single factor, we can get the impact degree of each factor bythe function of regression. Then we dissected the details of variety people group on thetop2impacted factors to provide the instructions for improvement.There are312employees in this XX Company, and finally we got309validfeedbacks, the rate of effectivity is99%. The whole survey activity lasted about1weekfrom the designation phase to data collection which only half time compared with pastactivities. The score of final result from this employee’s satisfaction survey is lowerthan before, this result shows some really concerned areas were touched in this activities. In summarize, this method used in this practice is more effective and people-oriented proved by the current achievement (effectivity, numbers of participant, timecost, detail analysis etc) although we did not get the result of improvement project wesuggested. It could be the reference to conduct the similar activities for other company.
