At the beginning of the establishment of the enterprise,SJ company which directly affiliated Coal Hall won the preferential policy that S provincial government approved the coal transportation plan.As the most important business in the early period of the company,the coal transportation was the basic guarantee for the company to start,and it also laid a solid foundation for the company's follow-up investment and operation.However,in December 2014,the state abolished the approval of the qualification of coal management.Immediately,S Province abolished the fund ticket and sales ticket,the railway transportation was more convenient,the company's coal users lost,the coal transport volume fell off the cliff,and the enterprise was subjected to a certain impact.In addition,the enterprise has a relatively unitary structure,extensive management model,backward management of human resources,and unsound incentive mechanism.When facing the increasingly improved office environment and rich salary and welfare from private enterprises,the satisfaction of enterprise employees has declined to some extent,and the sense of belonging of the enterprises is decreasing.The enterprise is facing the urgent reality of the serious loss of talent.On the basis of introducing the research methods and measuring tools commonly used in China and abroad,Author takes the employees of SJ corporation as the research object,and based on the short scale of satisfaction of Minnesota.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the working environment,work itself,work return,working group,enterprise background and so on 29 factors affecting employee satisfaction,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.The results show that the average score of each dimension is 3.36,which indicates that the employee satisfaction level is general.The average score of influencing employee satisfaction is in order from high to low,followed by working group,working environment,work itself,enterprise background and work reward.On the one hand,the survey data can provide a monitoring means for the decision-makers and the relevant institutional departments to make them more objective understanding of the changes in the needs of the employees,guide the factors that affect the employee satisfaction,and formulate the improvement measures:optimizing working environment of the company and improving the quality of work,balancing the distribution of the work content and increasing the degree of work challenges,improving the salary system and expanding the space for staff growth,broadening communication channels and improving the participation of employees in decision-making,molding the scientific leadership of the enterprise culture and promoting the scientific landing of the assessment management system.In addition,in S province and even the whole country,the coal enterprises similar to SJ companies are not in a small number.On the other hand,this investigation can also provide reference for similar enterprises and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the coal industry.
