The Administrative Supervision Of Well-known Trademarks

With the fierce development of international market integration, trademark has attracted more and more enterprises' eyes. Especially the well-known and competitive trademarks seem quite important in market economy. Recently a lot of well-known foreign trademarks go into China, and consumers' "brand" concept has gradually formed among people. In the meanwhile, some problems such as fake trademark, trademark permission false usage, which come out, cause many troubles to trademark supervision.Firstly, on the basis of trademark, administrative supervision and intellective property theories, with the help of China's relevant laws, this paper analyses that USA, Japanese and Italy have got great achievements in terms of publicizing well-known trademark idea, pulling forward self-innovation and trademark right protection. Secondly, looking back the China's well-known trademark administrative supervision experience, supervision organization innovation, supervision measure improvement and so on, it is obvious that China has got a lot of achievements on the way the trademark administrative supervision. These have been the most powerful support for economy development. However, in terms of China's trademark administrative supervision situation, there are still plenty of problems. Such as the technical ability of administrative supervision deficiency, civil servants' administration quality shortage, not perfect supervision system and enterprise's trademark concept indifference and so on. As for these problems, we should strengthen trademark propaganda around enterprises and common citizens, and make them be aware of trademark concept. We should change traditional supervision ways, and simplify the daily office flow with the help of modern technology. We also should train more and more professionals in this field. We should enhance the experience communication of supervision between cities and countries to gain more good lessons, carry out the performance evaluation to the supervision staff to encourage them develop their potentials to the full. At last, taking Dalian Business Administration Bureau as an example, this paper analyzes the responsibilities of supervision sectors in local place, and comes up with some measures it should take, which becomes a good demonstration.
