Design of compensation system is the precondition and important component part in management system of modern times. It is a new and important subject that how to design and set up a set of scientific compensation system which is accord with China's actual conditions, meets and promotes enterprise's development demands in the age of economic globalization. This article use home and overseas compensation theory for reference. Through researched Shanghai faith cosmetic Co., Ltd. on the spot, I analyzed the corporation's former compensation system. Basing on explored practice of compensation that adapt to development and management in Shanghai faith, and I offered a new project of compensation design.The first part introduces the Shanghai faith company's general situation, and the basic train of thought, content, method of the paper. The second part explains the development of the compensation theory, summarizes many kinds of salary theories and motivational theories, and also introduces several main compensation model The third part analyses and appraises the company's compensation system, and points out that the reform of the salary is imperative. The fourth part is about the influence factor and guideline of the compensation designing. The fifth part is on the basis of first two parts, combines realistic management needs, and redesigns the new company's compensation system. The last part is mainly about the measures ensuring implementing the new compensation scheme.
