Human resources management is a core of enterprise's modernized management, and the compensation system raises benefit of managing for optimizing the resource distribution of human resources.This paper analysis B railway station in the organizational structure and pay system, uses modern compensation theory and method, insists on fairness, competitiveness, encourages and economic principle, designs a new compensation system. In this paper, we do work analysis an job evaluation. We put forward a new remuneration package. We accept different compensation structure to senior managers, middle-level managers, general staff and science and technology talent.This compensation system fit the railway corporation. In design of the compensation system, from a strategic point of view on the compensation system is designed to guide the general procedures for the Company to design a set of specific conditions and characteristics of the compensation system program, as expectations to attract and retain qualified personnel and encourage them to have the knowledge, skills and creativity of the real transformation for the company's core competitiveness, the ultimate realization of companies and employees to maximize Profits and balance.This thesis focus on the analysis of these problems and some suggestion will be put forward subsequently. The main points are as follows. The first part is about the background, the method used and so on. The second part is the introduction of theory in compensation. In the third part, there are introduction about B rail-way station. Based on the analysis of the two parts above, I carry on compensation system design to B rail-way station. The last part forward is the summarization of the thesis and introduction of much insufficiency of the thesis. To serve all the purposes, data and examples spread all over this thesis.
