Nowadays, China Telecom market is entering the completely competitive situation. The chief five largest telecom corporations are evolving in the fierce competition in many business fields. Along with China joint in the WTO, Chinese telecom market should open further. Under this special historical background, it is important to how to make the competitive strategy for the corporation. In the telecom market of XingAnMeng area of Mengolia, the CNC XingAnMeng branch has four chief competitors. It is confronted with great challenge in many aspects: the immobile correspondence is substituted by mobile correspondence;the long-distance correspondence is substituted by IP telephone;the information correspondence is instead of voice correspondence and so on. On the other hand, the requirement for enhancing the construction of information by the government, the fast increasing GDP in region and the great development of internet correspondence bring mass opportunity to CNC XingAnMeng branch which has the advantage of broadband access. It needs to find the answer for how the company could seize the opportunity and make the marketing position to adapt to the environment.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is introduction. It put forward the question. The second and third part respectively analyses the external and internal environment of the CNC XingAnMeng branch. It points out both the opportunity and challenge of the enterprise. It also expatiate the strength and weakness of the enterprise in competitive situation of the market. The fourth part is based on SWOT analysis and sum up the core competitive competency of the company. It brings forward the necessity of the revolution of the main business and in the company. It suggests that the CNC XingAnMeng branch should develop towards "the supplier of integrated information service". This is the new strategic position and choice for the company. The fifth part of the paper discusses the effective implementing method for achieving the whole strategy.
