Analysis On The Core Competence Of Buynow Asset Development Business Group Based On SWOT

The core competence of enterprises has been analyzed thoroughly industry and academe. The vast majority of research is carried out on the manufacture enterprises, while enterprises of other types are little concerned. In this work, the real estate enterprise is chosen as the research object. The main purpose of the research is to help the real estate enterprises to enhance their core competence and management as well as accelerate the healthy development of the real estate enterprises in China.The dissertation deal with the theory of core competence firstly, which includes the definition, character and composition of core competence. The existing problems are reviewed in the case of Buynow asset development business group, such as disordered management system, problematic institutionalization, function deficits stemming from the disorganized department establishment, defective incentive mechanism and so on. By means of SWOT, the current status of Buynow asset development business group is analyzed in terms of internal and external factors.The principles of choosing the tactic of enhancing core competence of asset business group are established in accordance with the company's mission, business objective, business strategy and the emphasis on the core competence enhancement. The principles are the forward-looking principle, the comprehensive and multi-angle principle, the joint participation principle, operational principle and the dynamic principle. The establishment of the principles can lay a solid foundation of the core competence enhancement and provide it with guidance. The strategic measures are analyzed with respect to the long-term development and the core competence enhancement. They are (1) adjusting the investment region and composition; (2) strengthening the institutiona-lization and process management; (3) prioritizing loaning foreign capital to ease the problem caused by tightening bank financing; (4) setting up domestic companies to establish foreign and domestic interacted group; (5) organizing sales team; (6) focusing on the localization of personnel, strengthening human resource reserves. The six measures have take effect in asset development business group, enhancing core competence gradually.The research depicts the way to enhance the core competence of Buynow asset development business group and illuminate the path to the future, which will play a role in guiding the development of the enterprise.
