So, on the basis of studying enterprise's competitiveness theory, go to look for the source of enterprise's competitiveness, through draw certain index appraise and weigh, have higher realistic meanings to enterprise competitiveness.Exactly based on the above-mentioned understanding, this thesis is proceed from the angle of studying the competitiveness of building enterprise and appraising, introduce the study on competitiveness of construction enterprise of enterprise's competitiveness theory, through carrying on analysis and contrast to the domestic and international competitiveness current situation of construction enterprise, choose the evaluation index of the competitiveness rationally according to the construction trade characteristic, adopt scientific appraise method, to build competitiveness evaluation index system of building enterprise. Finally, through appraising to the competitiveness of 8 expert enterprises of Zhejiang Province in the positive research, to verify scientific and effectiveness of the system;Meanwhile, choose an enterprise to analyze in appraising the result for the research object.Research of this thesis is under the background of subject in " Zhejiang Province building strong province index system research ", and fully utilize the datum and materials of domestic and international building enterprise of that subject. It make the construction of the competitiveness of building enterprise have very strong realistic pertinence, meanwhile, the research of this thesis is a expansion and promotion of study on index system subject of strong province of the building.
