It has both important value of theoretical research and great realistic significance for us to study the influencing factors of enterprise competitiveness, set up a scientific and rational index system to appraise enterprise competitiveness so that we can analyze enterprise competitiveness, help enterprises to tap their competitive potential and sharpen their competitive edge. Most scholars have studied enterprise competitiveness in some area without integrating the influencing factors of enterprise competitiveness and studying the combined influences on the enterprise competitiveness by the independent factors after integration. In the index system set up by this way, the relevance between the indexes is not strong and lacks integrity. So it is difficult to appraise the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Owing to the above reasons, this article studies enterprise competitiveness from different angles based onthe previous studies, using the system analysis methods of process integration——classifying the determinative factors of enterprise competitivenessâ†'building process integration linking model of enterprise competitivenessâ†'setting up the index system of process integration to appraise enterprise competitiveness. In this research, the linking model of process integration about the overall competitiveness of enterprises and the relative index system to appraise enterprise competitiveness are founded.This article mainly includes the following contents: (1) introduces the background and significance of the study, the research techniques and frame of this article. (2) integrates and classifies the determinative factors of enterprise competitiveness into five major elements and three function layers: basic input layer ( external environment,internal resources and capabilities ), core conversion layer ( leadership and management ), key output layer ( strategic decision-making and execution strength ), and then integrates these factors into process integration linking model of enterprise competitiveness. (3) sets up the index system of process integration to appraise enterprise competitiveness, with detailed analysis of every factor and index as well as the relationship between them. (4) makes empirical research on the competitiveness condition of QH Group Company by means of the analysis hierarchy process (the AHP law ) and the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method, based on the index system of process integration to appraise enterprise competitiveness. (5) describes the practical value of the process integration linking model of enterprise competitiveness with reference to the actual competitiveness condition of QH Group Company and Delong Company.
