Along with the development of the economy, the competition existed in the market is going through the conversion from price competition to quality competition, the quality management becomes more and more important in modern society. As a new quality management method,6 σ management can improve the quality management level,bring down the cost and enhance the core competitive power of enterprises. Thus it becomes more and more important and necessary to study how to implement 6 σ management properly and effectively in enterprises.Begin with the existent problems and weakness,such as more expense and long time to implement 6 σ management in enterprises, this paper analyses the advantages of the simulation technology in the process of implement 6 σ management,then puts forward how to implement 6 σ management in enterprises,that is to combine Witness simulation technology and 6 σ management tools together. In this way, the 6 σ management will be implemented effectively in enterprises.On the basis of theory analyses, this paper conducts research on the actual implementation of 6 σ management in a domestic electronic enterprise.Used Witness simulation software modeling the simulation model of the multi- kind manufacturing line based on the analyses of produce flow.With run and analyzed the simulation model, enterprises quickly and accurately found the 6 σ quality improvement project and the breakthrough points for quality improvement.Furthermore,through the five major steps, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control(DMAIC) implemented 6 σ quality improvement project, used Witness simulation technology and 6 σ management tools together in the process, attained the optimize improvement of soldering tin process. Moreover simulated and calculated all kinds of produce plan projects that obtained through design of experimentation, attained the optimal project,the total quality level and productivity were improved in the end.Attained anticipated objectives for carry out 6 σ quality improvement project.Practice has proved it is an effective method for improving the quality level of the enterprise to combine Witness simulation technology and 6 σ management tools together .This method has definite actual reference value in terms of the application of 6 σ management by other enterprises.
