| When human history has developed into today, although the traditional technical innovation activity has created illustrious material civilization, it also has caused tremendous damage to entironment and made the contradiction between human and nature stand out day by day. At this background, positively advocating green technical innovation can show great significance in solving the contradiction and accelerating the nature,economy and society sustainable development. At this moment, the research on national and enterprises'green technical innovation system has become mature, moreover the research on regional green technical innovation is still less. Therefore, regional green technical innovation will become the emphasis of the research on green technical innovation system.Our country's county region has been taking extensive economic growth mode for a long period. The development mode of high investment,high consumption and low profit has caused environment deterioration. After our country entered the WTO,"green barrier"has caused serious concussion to product export, especially farm products, in county region. Green technical innovation combining the technical activity with ecosystem can help ease the problems in county region, and promote the sustainable development of county region.This thesis starts with basic theory of green technical innovation and researches on the regional green technical innovation system at county region level. It enriches the theoretical system of green technical innovation. Meanwhile, this thesis expounds the realistic meanings of developing green technical innovation in county region and puts forwards some suggestions.In the first part, through concluding the exiting green technical innovation theory, it expounds the meaning of green technology and green technical innovation, the dynamical mechanism,subject and mode of green technical innovation.In the second part, it analyses that green technical innovation is the necessary choice for sustainable development of county economy.In the third part, it sets up the theoretical system of green technical innovation in county region. Meanwhile, it analyses the subject system,dynamical factor and mode of green technical innovation in county region.In the forth part, it puts forwards that carrying out green technical innovation,developing green industry and agriculture, building green town in county region creates opportunity for protecting county's environment, exploiting green products, developing green industry and exploiting green market. It also ensures smooth implementation of sustainable development strategy in county region.In the fifth part, it puts forwards that advocating green consumption technical innovation in county region, guiding green consumption can promote county society sustainable development. |
