Facing dynamical market and furious competition, operations of both overseas and domain entERPrises tend to be much more integrated and agile. It is a necessary tendency to equip entERPrises with modern information technology. Since ERP was brought forward by Gartner Group Inc in 1990s, ERP system has been broadly applied all over the world. The first MRP II system was introduced to China in 1981. ERP system (MRP II is included) has been extensively applied too;however, successful cases of application are very few. The real situation indicates that the project is long-term, exhausting, highly risky and difficult to carry into execution. Projects without scientific appraisal will make wrong decisions and cause big damage. The appraisal should be involved in whole cycle of system construction but not in separated and special phases. The key point lies on the method of constructing an ERP appraisal indicator system. We put forward a process-oriented ERP appraisal model, which is divided into 3 parts in the implement: phase before the project, phase in project and phase after project. From the aspect of relations among phases, feasibility analysis before project and system architecture will directly affect quality and information quality, which may advance system usage. Only with system could affect participators and organizations and further benefit us.We analyze the theories, methods, choices and factors of existed appraisal system. Then we study the of hierarchy number of indicator system, indicator number of indicator hierarchy, and establishment fundamentales and cntents of indicator system. In this base, we bring forward choosing steps and construct appraisal system oriented whole ERP implement process according to membership degree and correlation coefficient.
