China's mining industry's sustainable development is inseparable from mine safety.Our country's industry is still in the main stage of developing and using of material resources, needing sufficient mineral resources as our backup power, mineral resources becomes an important factor of maintain the sustained and stable growth and stability and prosperity.In the mining production, mining enterprise security incidents not only bring huge human casualties and economic losses, and also wasteful of valuable mineral resources.In the worldwide, researchers and managers of mining companies are all continuing explore the mining safety issues.In the mine production process,there are many uncertainties.Therefore, the establishment of the production process in the mine safety risk assessment model is very necessary. Mining enterprises based on risk assessment model for risk quantitative assessment of security risks, and take appropriate control of the security risks, achieve the purpose of security risk management.On the other hand, mine production process hazard identification and risk factor analysis are also very important components of mine safety. Therefore, the mine safety hazards, risk factors and their weighs study will help improve the scientific evaluation of mine safety risk level, thus enhancing the safe production capacity of mining enterprises, and will also help guide the departments concerned to carry out safety risk management.This paper first outlines risk assessment theory and methods more systematically, and analyzed mining risk from different angles. On this basis, constructing of the mining safety evaluation index system,and using AHP obtained the weight of each index.Established membership degree conversion-based risk assessment model of mining.This paper based on previous studies, try to using membership degree conversion-based assessment method, and using MATLAB software calculation tools to calculate accurately,this paper using the method of membership degree conversion to evaluate the mining safety factor,remove of redundant data in safety assessment,making the results of the mining safety assessment more accurately, providing more reliable basis for decision making.Theoretically, this is a rich and development of mine safety risk management.Practically, this is useful for improving the safety efficiency of mining enterprises.This method is simple and easy to master, with broad applicability and feasibility. And the Mine Safety Assessment is given to illustrate implementation of the model, which is one of the major innovations of this article. At the same time, this article from all angles provide a lot of efficient measures of mine safety management, it is also an innovation.
