| Economists from all over the world have made theoretical and practical researches onhow the human capital promotes the economy, however they have not researched thoroughlythe impact and route of the human capital on technological innovation. In view of this, thisthesis primarily probes into how human capital acts on technological innovation.Human capital is a kind of initiative and creative capital existing in human body;technological innovation is the strategic highland for enterprise to gain continuousdevelopment and win intense competition. Starting from analyzing the internal factorsaffecting technological innovation, this thesis exposes the inherent joint point between humancapital and technological innovation and heavily states the action of human capital ontechnological innovation.
