Research On The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization Through The Implementation Of Comprehension Agricultural Development

The agricultural industrialization will be both a creation of agricultural development in China after the development of the farmer household contract responsibility system and township enterprise and another innovation in management and organization model of agriculture, which plays an important role in the strategic adjustment of agriculture economic structure, and also, is the effective approach of the realization of agricultural modernization. The support to agricultural industrialization has been a special measure of the promotion of rural economy, enhancement of agricultural efficiency and farmers' income-increasing.The industrialization of water conservancy is one of important components in agricultural industrialization and belongs to the basic industry of economical structure in China, which includes the flood-proofing, irrigation, water-supplying, power generation, transportation ect and the construction of basic installations in the industrialization of water conservancy .The industry possesses obvious position and action in the guarantee and promotion of stable development of Chinese economy. The development of socialist marketing economy results in the progress of industrialization of water conservancy, in other words, the progress of industrialization of water conservancy from traditional measure to modern management adapts to the development of socialist marketing economy.
