Since China's implementation of Reform and Opening up to the Outside World Policy, convenience foods have developed quickly with the speed up in people's living rhythm and the improvement of their living level. Nevertheless, the industry of domestic convenience foods is primarily monopolized by the foreign brand, and the domestic convenience foods enterprises can not compete with their foreign counterparts in terms of scale, quality, and brand. How to establish the right strategy to promote the development of domestic convenience foods industry is of vital importance to the domestic convenience foods enterprises. Anhui wan you Hamburger Corporation is an enterprise dealing in Chinese convenience foods. The thesis tries to summarize the company's experience and lesson during it's development and draw up a proper strategy on the analysis of it's development environment.The thesis briefly introduces the basic theories of strategic management;five strengths model, SWOT analysis, then looks back at the development of Anhui wan you Hamburger Corporation, and analyzes the macroscopic environment, microscopic environment and industrial competitive situation. On this basis, we draw up it's development strategy and put forward the corresponding measures by using the SWOT analysis.On careful analysis, we think the exact strategic target for wan you corporation should be as follows: extending market scale in Hefei in the short run;extending the share of market in Anhui province in the long run;extending to the other provinces outside Anhui at the end. The painstaking efforts of 5—10 years from now on is sure to witness wan you being developed into a corporation famous in Anhui college restaurant industry as well as influential in china.
