The Study Of R&D Persons Inspiriting Mechanism In The High Technical Middle & Small Enterprises

With the coming of the intellective economy and our country' s joining of WTO, undoubtedly, high technical middle & small enterprises in our country have faced great opportunity, as well as challenge. Constnatly making technique innovation and making the good-seller products is the key to get and maintain the R & D persons. Therefore, how to attract, retain the R & D persons, stir up the R & D persons' creation, working enthusiasm, perfect R & D persons' inspiriting mechanism, having become high technical middle & small enterprises to need the first problem for solve.This paper research contents is as follows: Firstly, this paper describes the concepts concerning high technical middle & small enterprises' inspiriting mechanism for R & D persons, introduces briefly the research situation. Secondly, analysis the present condition , existence problem and its existing reason of R & D persons' inspiriting mechanism in the high technical middle & small enterprises. Thirdly, according to the theories of inspiriting mechanism of the business enterprise, combining the practice of inspiriting mechanism, author design the inspiriting mechanism of R & D workers in the high technical middle & small enterprises .
