In this era of rapid development of information technology, e-commerce, which relies on the internet as a newly-developed method of business operation, is taking great privilege in the market competition. The unfolding of e-commerce business can help strengthen their competitive power, therefore it is very important for those middle and small-scale enterprises to broaden their market, extend from traditional marketing to virtual marketing, strengthen their enterprise management and real-time control. The development of the e-commerce is now showing the tendency of becoming regional, international, higher level, individualized, blending and more pluralistic. Therefore, putting emphasis on the e-commerce regional development of those middle and small-scale enterprises is of strategic importance to the promotion of the enterprise reform and its economic construction. By analyzing the present situation and its potentials and obstacles, with the case of Fujian middle and small-scale enterprise e-commerce, this paper discusses the strategic orientation, target, guideline, emphasis and move of the development of e-commerce of Fujian middle and small-scale enterprises. A frame of its development has been basically set up. Hopefully this can further promote a healthy and rapid development of the e-commerce of the middle and small-scale enterprises in Fujian Province.
