The development problem of small town is a present important issue in our country, concerning the urbanization process, agriculture and rural economy development and sustainable development of national economy directly. And the appraisal indicators system have been proved to be scientific and practical through analyzing the construction of ecological environment construction of Zhangbei town. The paper proposed some countermeasures to improve the ecological environment construction of Hebei small town, such as setting up the implementation mechanism of the comprehensive decision of environment and development, accelerating the construction of environmental infrastructure, strengthening the industrial structure adjustment of small town.The paper applies theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
