| Along with the economic globalization, the middle-small sized private manufacturing enterprises are facing with even hard competition now. Analyzing the causation to enterprises develop untoward from the inner and the external, searching after the strategy to improve enterprises' competitiveness, then to accelerate enterprise' healthy and fast development, become one of the important approaches that enterprises receive the challenge and then obtain the advantaged status in the market competition.This paper was established in Guangdong, took the middle-small sized private manufacturing enterprise as the object, use the questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview, discoursed upon the middle-small sized popular manufacturing enterprises' station, function, character, summarized the interrelated literature about improving the enterprises' competitiveness.On the base of thorough analysis of competitiveness' configuration and influence factor, combining with enterprises' factually status quo, pointed out six aspects of problem which enterprises' facing with such as integrated strength, financing, innovation and so on. Then farther indicated existing problem's reason from the middle-small sized private manufacturing enterprises' operation circumstance and the inner restricting condition.At last, the study brought forward the strategy to improve competitiveness: the middle-small sized private manufacturing enterprises must make great efforts by strengthening scientific management, implementing open innovation, being in harmony with cluster development, enhancing normalization level and optimizing the inner and external resource, then throw off a good many limit and bondage;At the same time, the gov. must strength service function, set up credit system, put market competition order straight, push area economy collaborating, widen the finance channel, then create a favorable external circumstance for the middle-small sized private manufacturing enterprises. |
