Study On Evaluation And Improvement Of Enterprise Competence Of Middle-small Sized Private Enterprises

Along with the development of reform and open-up,private economy is becoming an important part of socialism market economy.The middle-small sized private enterprises which are dominant of private economy.take an important role in increasing jobs,accelerating society ,motivating international trade. But according to authorized report, the average of middle-small sized private enterprises is only 2．9 years.It is a firm connection with the weakness of competency.So far,there is not a scientific solution to define enterprise competency and use quantified model to evaluation.This paper is trying to discuss aforementioned problems as following.Fist of all,it expticated the theory and evaluating systems and definedconnotation,characters with summarized literature .It also analysed the three layers of structural model based on definition.According to existence theory of middle-small sized private enterprises and life cycle of enterprises,it anatomized enterprise competency of middle-small sized private enterprises.Secondly,the study briefly introduced the method of evalution and discuss to build on the index systems of middle-samll sized private enterprises.This index system includes objective level,rule level and index level,classified into production essential efficiency ,technology strength,capital operation,revenue condition,image and service , liabilities condition, production control,development protial, 33 indexes in all.Whereas evaluation of enterprise competence is a grey integrated system,it put forward two simple and applied evalution methods, synthetized index model and grey relevant model, exercising two evaluation model to instance.Finally,the paper analysed the inner and external factors that baffled middle-small enterprise competence and put forword interrelated external support and inner upgrading tactics.
