The development of economy has brought potential opportunities for business. However, Chinese insurance businesses, compared with its potentiality in the whole market, only penetrate into the trade with a relatively small occupation. The environment for the insurance companies to compete with is becoming increasingly complicated.In the 21st century, the growth of the number of the insurance companies and the intensive competition within the insurance trade require the improvement in the management level of the insurance companies.but with difficulty followed the company pace of reformactually in the achievements management aspect, seriously has alreadyrestricted company' s development step.The study on the achievements test of a company is the core of the achievement management.The traditional system of Chinese insurance trade in the management of the selling achievements cannot be well adapted to the present market. Hence, the insurance companies are under such an urgent requirement to carry out the company strategy in the both of level of the company and the employees in order to improve the competitiveness and enlarge the market shares.
