| China’s insurance industry is in a new stage of rapid growth,the insurance market becomes more diversified and flexible,the industry competition is increasingly fierce.Insurance marketing team is the main source of benefits of insurance enterprises.Building an efficient and professional marketing team is the basis for the continuous growth of insurance business,and also an important guarantee for insurance enterprises to develop towards a high-level and high-level direction.As the marketing team plays an increasingly important role in the development of insurance business,the issues related to the construction and management of insurance marketing team also attract more and more attention from various industries.This paper takes the marketing team of Liuzhou business department of Y insurance broker as the research object,uses the literature research method,focus object interview method and case research method to analyze the current situation of marketing team management of Liuzhou business department,finds that there are problems of weak management ability and responsibility,imperfect training mechanism,lack of basic management and lack of internal motivation,and combs out the causes of the problems.The corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed for the problems found,including:pay attention to the improvement of management ability;establish training management system and plan training courses systematically to improve training system gradually;define working standards and processes to strengthen basic management;adopt rich and effective incentive methods to stimulate and arouse the enthusiasm of employees.Finally,the guarantee measures of marketing team management optimization are put forward from the four aspects of organization construction,system,culture construction and talent.The research in this paper can play a certain role in promoting the management of the marketing team of Liuzhou business department,helps the company to optimize the management mechanism,improves the overall performance and competitiveness,and also provides reference for the marketing team management of other enterprises in the insurance industry. |
