This paper discusses LaiWu Steel Corporation (LS Co.) CRM mode from enterprise strategic perspective to acquire its core competitive power through a management consultant's eyes.Firstly, research background, destination and meaning are introduced. China's iron and steel enterprises are confronted with double pressures both from internal and oversea markets. Who wins the customers will get the victory in the markets. Quantity and quality analysis are employed to research by this paper.Secondly, the definition, origin, development and function of CRM software are introduced together with expounding on the CRM eight concepts. The motivation, purposes and the crucial tasks of Enterprise's carrying out CRM are stated clearly and definitely by introducing the current CRM study.Thirdly, the relationship between ERP and CRM is discussed, and ERP is not the necessary condition of carrying out CRM.Fourthly, the circumstances of carrying out CRM in LS Co. and SWOT analysis are based on the aspects of its competitors, customers and enterprise itself to conclude the competitive strategy which could be used by LS Co. The difference strategy in sale and marketing should be given priority to the purpose of acquiring enterprise's core competitiveness, and the effective method of carrying out the strategy is to carry out CRM.In conclusion, the process of carrying out CRM in LS Co. is introduced. CRM is adopted by the LS Co. initially to lead to the implementation of ERP, and finally a complete set of information resolutions comes into being. This is a creative perspective of the paper. Some certain functions should be emphasized in implementation process in accordance with the customers' features of the LS Co.
