The Study On The Value Localization And Function Transformation Of Shijiazhuang In Jing-jin-jin Information City Network System

In Shijiazhuang numbers of informatization application projects represented by electronic governmental affairs are starting up or in the building. Informatization is also been developed in the field of finance, service, education departments and so on. In each field great quantities of database and information systems have been built and put into use. But the Informatization development status in Shijiazhuang does not agree with its status as the capital and main node of information network in Hebei province. Therefore enhancing the research on information city in Shijiazhuang and trying to change Shijiazhuang' status and role in information city network system will be the goal of Shijiazhuang's modernization construction.On the basis of expounding regional development rules, this thesis sets the localization for Shijiazhuang's status in the Jing-jin-ji information city network system and explores the problems that Shijiazhuang is facing nowadays and the direction of the development in future. In order to solve those problems and realize the developing goal of information city, this thesis proposes the measures of transforming Shijiazhuang's status in information city in three layers.This thesis is consisted by five parts: part one is the preface which introduces the aim of the research, present status of the research, sources of the research and the structure of this thesis;part two is the general rules by which city organization and administration functions transform in the influence of the internet and a summary on internet development rules and the its evolving trend;part three is the value localization of Shijiazhuang in the information city network. The localization is set in Jing-jin-ji information network system from four points of view: condition of node connection, scale of carriers;the advantages Shijiazhuang have as a capital city and the capacity of optical fiber;part four is the information city function transformation and related strategies of Shijiazhuang. The measures are expounded from three aspects: the function transformation in Jing-jin-ji information city network system, in Hebei province and as Shijiazhuang itself. Part five is the conclusion, including localization and measure of transformation.
