| The road transportation which is one of the important industries related to the improvement of the people's livelihood and economics is a transportation pattern of "door to door".It played an important role on social and economic development.In Chinese history,the road transport market undergone many reforms,the corresponding road transport management functions have been changing along with the reforms in the market of road transportation.The original ways of thinking were not enough to the development needs,because our country is in a special period of economic restructuring that the road transportation management faced many challenges.In this paper,a case analysis method is used to study the transformation of road transport administration functions in Tonghua City.Firstly,we started with the concept of road transport administration,and defined the nature of road transport administration and discussed their characteristics and methods,then illustrated that the basic principles to be followed in function transformation.Secondly,the development process and current status in Tonghua transportation administration was analyzed so as to illustrate the problems in function transformation.Finally,based on the above analysis,we gave some advice about promoting the development of function transformation in Tonghua transport administration.The purpose of this study is to effectively improve the abilities of road transport management in Tonghua city.It has reference significance for road transportation management in other small and medium-sized cities. |
