Study On The Transformation Effect Of Yichun Forestry Resources City

The resource-based cities are an important part to support sustainable and healthy development of national economy,and also the important national resource reserve base and foundation to ensure the development strategy in our country.However,after many years of development,the abnormal development of different degrees has appeared in the resource-based city,and the resources has gradually lost,which causes the social contradiction,and seriously affect the coordination,economic development,ecological environment and social stability in this regional.The transformation has been carried out in different resource-based cities,and has made some achievements and experience.Since the beginning of this century,a national strategic on the transformation of Resource-based Cities has been implemented in our country and in 2007,the first batch were identified.From then on this problem has become the focus and hot issues of regional economic development.Yichun,as the only one of the forestry resource cities on the list of the first resource-exhausted cities in 2007,is a pilot of the Transformation of resource-based cities in china.In the past ten years,the Yichun municipal government has organized a special team to develop and introduce a number of related transformation policies and planings,and its impact on the transformation has also been demonstrated.I,living in Yichun City,deal with many kinds of planning in my work,and I can query to the local economic development policy,the related data to the planning before or after the transition,so it is convenient for me to do practical research and obtain the feeling of the local residents on the effect and process of the transformation,and finally get the keenly aware of the transformation in its history.In view of this,through the comparative analysis to the economic and social transformation of resources,the environment planning and practice of this forestry resource exhausted city in the ten years,the transition effect,the influence of the related policies and measures to its transformation could be obtained in this article,and some problems are found out,and finally some practical significance and the countermeasures are given out.
