Commitment To The Entry Into WTO And The Policy On Security Business Innovation

According to the commitment of the entry into WTO, China began to open its market in 2005. With the support of CRSC, security companies at home try to improve their competing level by innovation and get the real ability on competing in field of financial service trading. In other not to waste all kinds of resource with blind eyes when facing the opening, we make a research on the commitment of the entry into WTO and try to find chances benefiting the innovation.In need of explaining, we use comparative way and the way of study and also a math model to prove my point of view. The result indicates that the entry into WTO means to open the capital market step by step;it provides our security companies with idols while at the same time aggravates the market risk. With all these analyzing, we can safely draw a conclusion that with the entry into WTO we can study and innovate by co-operating while at the same time it aggravates the market risk. We should start to innovation from financing and investing business because of many problems existing in those two businesses. And learning from others can widen the limit of innovation so that we should develop the business at the outside;and it lead to the prosperous of financial product innovation to satisfy the need of people who want to avoid much more risks when opening the financial service trading market.There isn't much brilliant exposition appeared in the theory circle because innovation's getting provision from CRSC was just in 2004 and 2005 is the first year of developing innovation. So, the item itself of the thesis is one of the innovating points in my thesis. And the policies related to innovation mentioned in my thesis are the other part of innovating points. With the increasing of security companies added to innovation, this trend has more and more important role to the whole security circle. We hope that the trend of innovation can develop successfully and we give much confidence to our own security company that they are sure to defeat overseas company and take a hard root in the market and manage with steady step.
