Research On Business Model About Safty Cloud Platform Of Company AD

A successful business model equips the enterprise with a unique and efficient core competitiveness which enables the enterprise,in the course of operation,to provide services to clients and help clients realize the value with the best form of performance.As a set of holistic operational solutions,continuous innovation in business models will provide the enterprise with continuous profitability.There exist few mature research cases on the business model of cybersecurity enterprises in China.This article is expected to sort out a theoretical framework for the business model innovation of cyber security platforms so as to enrich the current research cases of business model innovation.In the theoretical study,in-depth studies have already been made by some scholars on business models and innovation theories,and theories of business models combed by reading and collecting previous literature.In-depth researches and analysis mainly on cyber security company's strategic innovation models,innovative driving forces,innovative methods and ways are conducted in this article.Through the true case study of AD company,the article further studies the nature of the business model i.e.value creates logic.Under the theoretical guidance of the 9-elements business model,the framework model of the business model innovation of AD company's security cloud platform is built in this article and in-depth researches on the innovation mode of AD company's security cloud platform strategy are conducted.Based on the theoretical research of business model innovation,this article studies in-depth the formation of business innovation model in terms of innovation methods and ways of business model innovation by AD company.Through extensive reading of relevant literature and with qualitative analysis as the main and quantitative research as a supplement,the driving force of its innovative business model is further studied in the article and the feasibility of its business model innovation is analyzed.At the same time,the article finds out the deficiencies of AD company's current business model innovation and puts forward solutions to problems existing in the business model of AD company's security cloud platform.Through the research on the innovation mode of AD company's business model,this article further analyzes the ways and driving forces of the business model innovation of Internet security companies and combs the innovative thinking of the business model of Internet security companies.I hope this study can serve as a reference to innovate the business model of AD's security cloud platform and promote AD company's security cloud platform to further enhance its profitability.At the same time,it also serves as a reference for the innovation of business models of other similar cyber security companies.
