Research On The Logistics Supply Chain Development Strategy And Management Mode Of Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning Province

The manufacturing industry is a foundation stone of a national economy, and it is also the key point during industrial development process of a country. Because China is in the middle period of industrializing process, the successful development of the manufacturing industry will inevitably accelerate our country's industrializing process. At present, the logistics supply chain management is the universal acknowledged advanced management theory. People who put it into effect have made great achievement. The traditional competition among enterprises has been changed into the competition among the supply chains. Under the background of vitalizing the old industrial base of Northeast by Party's 16th National Congress, manufacturing industry is the main body of Liaoning industrial system, so there are great meanings with the successful development of the manufacturing industry of Liaoning province. As we all know, the success of manufacturing industry depends on advanced management. The manufacturing industry of Liaoning need view from the macro strategy point, at first, the reasonable layout and cooperation need be viewed from macro point. Secondly, from the research of logistics supply chain point, domestic and international research is mainly been developed from micro operation level. Such as the composition of supply chain, multi level storage, cost, and supplier chosen, etc. They didn't carry out the research of strategy from the macro environment of implementing logistics supply chain management. So how to set up effective manufacturing supply chain strategy and effective logistics supply chain management mode from macro strategy point has become the main problem of enhancing the whole competitive ability of enterprise.This paper does the following research: the strategy level, management level, and enterprise level of the manufacturing industry's logistics supply chain of Liaoning province. First of all, analyzing the logistics current situation of manufacturing industry of Liaoning province, finding out the existing problems and reasons leading to the problem ofmanufacturing industry of Liaoning province;Secondly, analyzing the successful experience of manufacturing management of the domestic and international developed countries and regions of manufacturing industry, and learning the reference to our province. After analyzing the overall developing trend of manufacturing industry of Liaoning province, combined with relevant strategic theories, this paper promotes the development strategy of manufacturing industry logistics supply chain of Liaoning province. Then, proceed the supply chain management mode from the angle of management level after putting forward the development strategy of manufacturing industry logistics supply chain of Liaoning province;Finally, from micro enterprise aspect, establish the cooperative connection way and the organizational form of supply chain among enterprises. At last, this paper promotes the concrete implementing measure from government, industry and enterprise aspect specifically, and analyses the anticipated result after carrying out these measures.The research of this paper can enrich the theory of logistics supply chain of our country. It can reduce the production cost of the manufacturing industry, and bring the enormous economic benefits for the manufacturing company of Liaoning province.
