This paper is one important part of the fund project of national natural science "the research and developing of evaluation system about green products in manufacturing" (number: 70472034).The manufacturing industry has already become to one of the important pillars in national economy, related to competition ability level for the whole nation, which is important factor indicating the economy potential. Currently, the manufacturing industry product is an aggregation, which no longer only sets out from the viewpoint of the economy and the technique, but also from direction of environmental protection. So the green product has already turned to the inevitable trend of the current manufacturing industry development. Because the green product of manufacturing industry take on the essential difference from former traditional manufacturing industry product, and the green product evaluation belongs to multiple-targets evaluation of the typical model, which is complicated attributes evaluation. The evaluation needs the much knowledge integrated with different fields. The process contains several course realms and theories.Basing on the study and analysis to relative reference materials home and abroad, the thesis establishes Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) model and Multi-Life cycle Assessment (MLCA) model of products. It designs an evaluation flow of products with test systems and by combining investigation and analysis, constructs a more scientific, systematic, current, dynamic evaluation system of green products which can reflect the demand of macro, micro and comprehensive assessment. Combining the differences in evaluation of green products home and abroad, the thesis also presents establishment principles and methods about the evaluation standard of green products suitable for our nation's current conditions, and the comprehensive evaluation methods taken in different conditions that: in the life cycle stage of products, fuzzy-AHP method should be taken to perform green judgment under the condition of having green products as a reference standard;in the stage of multi-life cycle, LCA method gives environmental evaluation basing on the environmental influence of parts of an area;under the condition that a product can reach the green standard, excellent-pick thought and method about green product evaluation are given on the base of entropy method by analyzing products' differences and combining current evaluation conditions and green product's characteristics. The thesis puts emphasis on deep explorations and researches on evaluation theory in case of products reaching green standards, evaluation direction, evaluation main body and guide method according to different evaluation stages.According to having existed evaluation frame, in the current standard system of green products, in order to solve such a problem how to reach its own economic goal through ready-made advanced technology and how to choose the products having less negative effects on environment, even bringing benefits for environment when an enterprise choose a scheme for product manufacturing, the thesis points out and tests an acting process about how to pick out an excellent product among a lot when products are defined to a standard.
