Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Green Supply Chain

Along with development of humen beings, the environment problem have gotten more and more serious,the green environmentalprotecthave become the theme of the times,the green environmental protectinitiative is increasingly becoming the world's countries and enterprises to participate in an important means of market competition and determinants, specially since 1990s, market competition goes into the competitive phase of the supply chain, implementation behavior in the supply chain gives business large profits, however, at the same time the environmental problem becomes worse and lots of resources have been wasted, environmental problems have become the key factor to restrict the future development of enterprises.In view of that, the idea of the green environmentalprotectionis taken into account in whole management of supply system, and the implementation of the green supply chain management ideas have been proposed.The concept of green environmental protection is take into account in supply chain operations, it intend to help supply chain management enterprises reduce the negative impact on the surrounding environment and increases utilization in the developing process, in order to minimize the resource consume and the environment influence, ultimately form a scientific, rational and sustainable model of economic development. In the study of green chain, green supply chain performance valuation is a very important research area. A useful performance evaluation can help the enterprise find the questions, seek the solutions, and accelerate the operation and improvement of the green supply chain. So it is the key to promote the green supply chain that conducting the available performance evaluation.At the begin of the Paper, we describes the research background of green supply chain and research significance, reviewed the study of the status quo at home and abroad, analyzed and summarized the theoretical studies to identify the problem, proposed the possible innovations of the thesis at last; After that, there is an overview of green supply chain and performance evaluation, given us a comprehensive and rational understanding of the green supply chain and performance evaluation; Then there ia an introductionof the relevant theoretical basis of the green supply chain, including the theory of circular economy, sustainable development, clean production, and so on, as well as the relevant theoretical basis of performance evaluation, including the theory of profit maximization, principal-agent, systems science and so on. Next based on the theory, combained with the thesis research focus, we built the performance evaluation system of enterprise green supply chain based on entropy method and ANP, analysed the application conditions of evaluation system at last.After that we selected a typical enterprise that with the application conditions to carry out the evaluation system. At the end of the paper, we came to the conclusion of the paper's conclusions, the lack of paper and research directions were discussed.
