After putting forward the all-round Xiaokang target, the state rural society investigating team have determined the indexes of evaluating the level of all-round xiaokang in rural areas, soon a lot of discussion on the problems of all-round Xiaokang in rural areas appeared in the theoretical fields and throughout the nation and many practicable methods were put forward and improved gradually in practice. As a interior province Shanxi is less developed than the eastern provinces in the all-round Xiaokang process. Therefore, there is a great significance for speeding up the all-round Xiaokang in Shanxi province to study the way to realize all-round Xiaokang in the light of geographical and natural conditions in this province.This thesis focus on the difficult points of all-round Xiaokang in Shanxi province by qualitative and quantitative methods based on the analysis of the rural Xiaokang process in Shanxi province and put forward some corresponding suggestions. In this thesis chapter one presents the definitionof all-round Xiaokang and the extent of all-round Xiaokang in Chinese rural areas. Chapter two analyses and evaluates the level of all-round in Shanxi rural areas. Chapter three focus on the difficult points of all-round Xiaokang in Shanxi rural areas. The last chapter put forward corresponding methods and ideas in light of the difficult points of all-round Xiaokang in Shanxi rural areas and argue that the enhancement of Shanxi peasants' incomes mainly rely on village and township enterprises and service trades and rural town construction mainly rely on the idea of rural industrialization management, which are innovations and the major points of the thesis.
