Post-Evaluation On The Project Of Heat Delivery System (First Phase) Of Yatai Garden

This dissertation fully elucidated the pre-, medi- and post-evaluation of the"Project of the heat-delivering system of Yatai Garden (Phase I)"using general theory of project evaluation. During this process, contrastive analysis was used to evaluate the management of this Project.At the beginning, the background, significance, related theory of project evaluation and most recent development, Yatai Group and the Project of Yatai Garden and the Project of heat-delivering system of Yatai Garden (Phase I) were introduced to the readers for the purpose of realizing the significance and value of the Project of heat-delivering system of Yatai Garden, and of the preliminary understanding the project post-evaluation and Yatai Garden Project.Decision-making is a very important step. In Chapter 2, the decision-making process of the"Project of the heat-delivering system of Yatai Garden (Phase I)", including studies on the spare blue print, selection of the final blue print and the decision-making results, was post-evaluated and analyzed. The limitation occurred during this process was pointed out and suggestions were provided by the authors for the future project management.The managements in the different period of project are interacted with each other, especially in the construction period.
