A Study On The Human Resources Spiritual Motivation Of Real Estate Enterprise In Beibei District Of Chongqing

The human resources spiritual motivation of enterprise embarks from human's spiritual need, which takes the non- material method as the motivate shape, with the aid of spiritual carrier, such as the good enterprise image, the harmonious relational atmosphere, the effective communication, the enterprise culture and so on, in that causes the staff generate the sense of approval, the sense of belonging and the sense of pride for the enterprise, then drive they work diligently for the enterprise on their own initiative.This study firstly made the investigation and the analysis on the spiritual motivation of the real estate enterprise's in Chongqing Beibei district Based on the predecessor's studies on the spiritual motivation dimension model, combined with the basic functions of public relations, we compiled the Investigation Questionnaire of " Staff's Spiritual Motivation of Real estate Enterprise in Chongqing Beibei District ". This study draws the following conclusions:(1) Based on the predecessor's studies on the spiritual motivation dimension model, we constructed a new spiritual motivation dimension model, including the training motivation, the participation motivation, the goal motivation, the promotion motivation, the honor motivation, the development and motivation, the culture motivation, the image motivation, the communication motivation.(2) We used the Cronbach a coefficient to examine the reliability of internal uniform of the questionnaire.
