The Study On The Spiritual Motivation

Spiritual motivation plays a vital role in the promotion of employee's enthusiasm and initiative in modern management. It is also of importance for enterprise's development and enlargement. Inspite of being widely used, the study on the spiritual motivation theory is little and not very deep. This paper chooses the spiritual motivation theory as its research object and attempts to address this issue.It adopts the methods of document searching and trys to explore the content, type, features, necessity of implementation, advantages and limitations, analysize the reasons that leading to this situation. According to this, it puts forward six pieces of proposed strategy.
