In recent years, private businesses in China have made an un-precedent progress and become a main part of national economy. The majority of private enterprises is family firm, which has become one of the most important powers in developing of Chinese economics and demonstrate the strong vitality and efficiency of growth. However, with the constant enlargement of the scope of the enterprise of the family, market competition is fierce day by day. Some deep-covered internal conflict gradually emerged and severely blocks their advancement, such as low-level management in whole, shortage of human resource, etc. Among them family enterprise culture also affect closely the development of the business enterprise and it cause so many bottlenecks in developing and management.There are one's own characteristics in the corporate culture of Chinese family, which regards blood relationship and kindred as the tie in the corporation, regarding family as ideology that exist in the firm. The culture of Chinese family corporate makes the senior and inferior among the members of family as the action criterion of firm and the belief of life of each member are making the household continuous flourish. This kind of culture is social psychological accumulation of traditional culture of several thousand years of China, which have "obey" and "faithful and honest" thought, stressing " family's benefit and reputation ". Family's corporate culture plays an important role in existence and development of enterprises and a lot of family firm put cultural construction to the important position in management, regard strengthening the cultural construction as one of the important magic weapons in management of the enterprise. But on one hand there are many problems in Chinese family culture. For example, it lack the trust crisis to the outer people which cause in the traditional family's culture of our country, the exclusiveness of family's culture causes the nepotism in the enterprise's employing mechanism, etc. And on the other hand there are predicament and mistaken idea from the beginning in the cultural construction of the family firm, shown as: enterprise's cultural construction is lack of long-sight, the main points of corporate culture is unclear, the content of corporate culture is so single and so on. So if Chinese family firm wants to remove these obstacles on the forward march and realize sustainable development, it is a must to make innovation and promotion, to establish the correct understanding of the cultural construction of family firm and take the appropriate measures to rebuilding corporate culture system.The paper intends to probe into sustainable development problem of family enterprises from the point of view of family enterprise cultural establishment It begin with recommending the concept and characteristic of the family firm, annotating thoroughly the reason of fast-developing in enterprise of our country, excavating out the cultural root of Chinese family firm, stating it's advantage and drawback and impact on enterprise's development.
