This thesis selects R&D Staffs of China Life Insurance Company Limited as its subject. Based on the current theory of stimulating employees and the latest incentive mechanism and the principle of encouraging the employees, this paper puts forth some suggestions for establishing the new incentive mechanism of R&D staffs of China Life Insurance Company Limited.Faced with the fierce competition in the talent market, though China Life Insurance Company Limited, stemmed from a stated-owned company, has carried out a series of innovations, the result of which is not satisfying, for its R&D staffs have low work efficiency and little ownership feeling. Thus this thesis makes a detailed analysis on the above problems in order to solve them.Through questionnaires and interviews, the paper analyses the recognition degree of the company's stimulation measures and the degree of the employees'satisfaction as well as their incentive factors. We reach the conclusion that the staffs'urgent incentive factors are high income, the equability of performance assessment and allocation, and the opportunity of study as well. The paper also makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the recognition degree of the company's stimulation measure and finds that the stimulating measures are short-termed and incomplete.This paper is a positive study of construction of incentive mechanism for China Life Insurance Company Limited. The objective of the article is to find out a method to solve the existing problems of the company based on the company's practical situation.As to the construction of the R&D staffs'incentive mechanism, we believe that it must be based on the practical situation of the company and the employees'urgent needs. In the process of organizational innovation, the company should, firstly, come up with some ways to encourage the employees through team-based working unit and job enrichment. Secondly, in order to stimulate the stuffs, the company should set up an achievement-oriented welfare system, a training program for cultivating stuff's life careers as well as a scientific evaluation system of stuff's performance.At the end of the paper, the paper points out the possible problems that the new incentive mechanism may be confronted with and offers some suggestions to solve them. At the same time, it introduces briefly the result of applying this new incentive mechanism. |
