Research On The Staff Incentive Mechanism In Luoxin Pharmaceutical Company Limited

Human resources are strategic resources of modern enterprises which are also the key factors for the development of modem enterprises. And the incentive mechanism is an important part of the human resources. But there still exists some problems in incentive mechanism in enterprises because of the limitation of the economic development level of our country and people's ideas. The current situation confines the staffs'enthusiasm and creativity that have been preventing enterprises from the normal development.On the basis of motivational theory, this thesis makes an analysis on the staff incentive measures of Luo Xin Pharmaceutical Company Limited and designs a systematic and all-round incentive scheme according to the actual situation, thereby tries to set up an effective staff incentive mechanism for Chinese SMEs (Small-and-middle-Sized Enterprises), especially to private enterprises.This thesis is composed of six chapters:Chapter One introduces the background, the aim, the content and the meaning of this research.Chapter Two makes a brief description of the incentive theories including the implication, the function and the model of these theories.Chapter Three makes a review on some incentive theories and introduces some new trends in modern research on incentive theory. Chapter Four makes a general introduction to Luo Xin Pharmaceutical Company Limited and analyzes the present situation of the staff incentive mechanism in this enterprise. Chapter Five designs a new incentive scheme for Luo Xin Pharmaceutical Company Limited. Chapter Six expounds the safeguard measures for the implementation of the incentive scheme.
