Analysis On The Optimization Effect Of Liaoning's Foreign Direct Investment On Industrial Structure

It is a very key duration for Liaoning province to convert from multitude to magnitude according to the economic perspective during the first decade of 21st century .Confronting the ongoing strengthens of the global economic integration and the has-been-up-hilling vehement competition, on one side ,we must be congruent with the tendency of globalization and execute the strategy of economy's internationalization thoroughly ,in order to maintain the consistent development of Liaoning's economy and take another stride in the comprehensive power, on the other hand, we should be more active in the new round of combining and allocating the global resources such as talent, technology and other market factors, so that we could promote Liaoning's opening-oriented economy farther. Based on all the above-mentioned analysis, we could find the imminent realistic problem is how to optimize Liaoning's industrial structure according to the general regulations of evolution of industrial structure and the realistic situations of Liaonning under the general orientation of Chinese industrial structural adjustment in the process of FDI.This paper firstly selects four FDI theories which could elicit theoretical support for Liaonning's FDI and subsequently anatomize them based on the international economical integration , in the tandem with these general analysis ,this paper emphasizes analyzing and contending for the important meanings of industrial structural adjustment emanating from the above-mentioned general analysis. Founded on all these analysis, this paper combines with some practical surveys which come from Kerea, Japan and Taiwan to give birth to an analysis about optimization effect that FDI takes effect on the host countries' industrial structure, up tothis point, this paper has wholly accomplished an analysis from theoretical stratum that FDI's impacts on the host industrial structure. After that, this paper further analyzes the evolution situations of Liaoning's industrial structure and takes a panoramic overview on the Liaoning's FDI, clarifying the optimization effect of Liaoning's FDI on the industrial restructuring. Finally, this paper puts forward some political suggestions for the industry development strategy of Liaoning's FDI and explores some needed-attention problems between the improvement of FDI and the adjustment of industrial structure.This paper integrates kinds of relative theories and conducts lots of empirical research, analyzes the optimization effect of FDI on Liaonning's industrial structure, founded on these points, this paper eventually takes out industry development strategy of Liaoning's FDI, we sincerely wish these suggestions could be conducive guide and reference for the Liaoning's FDI and adjustment of industry structure.
