A Study On Regional Economy Endogenous Growth Based On Industry Clusters

At the present time, industry clusters have been popular regional economical phenomena, not only exist largely in the developed countries, but also in the developing countries. With the evolving of reform and development of economy, many typical industry clusters have come into being, especially in the eastern littoral provinces of China. Nowadays, more and more people have realized the importance of the effect of industry clusters on boosting the regional economy development. Economists, entrepreneurs and governments from all over the world all have paid much attention to the policies of industry clusters, in order to promote the regional economy development.The paper mainly discusses the pattern of endogenously regional economy development based on industry clusters, from the point of regional economics. Generally speaking, industry clusters and regional economy development influence each other. On one hand, the endogenous agglomeration force of industry clusters boosts the degree of industry convergence, so as the development of regional economy. On the other hand, with the regional economy development, the endogenous agglomeration force itself evolves continually. Therefore, it is an available way to boost regional economy through developing industry clusters practically.The paper includes four chapters. After the introduction, Chapter One mainly summarizes some relatively existed research literature. Chapter Two analyses the endogenously increasing factors of industry clusters, and puts forward the conception of the endogenous agglomeration force. Chapter Three sets up a theoretical model of the theme and analyses the lifecycle of industry clusters. Chapter Four is about the empirical analysis of the theme according to thepractical development of industry clusters of China, and brings forward some advices about how to develop regional industry clusters.
