The problem of aging with declining birthrate, which resulted in the aging and lack of labor force, has been in Japan since the 1970s and become more and more serious. Under this circumstance, female labor forces were highly demanded, and more women would rather get to work in society than stay home only. This thesis analyzed the situation and evolution of female employments, discussed the ways to develop and strengthen human resource of female and to promote the employment rate of female in Japan, then put forward suggestions in resolving the problem of female employment in China by summarizing the experiences and countermeasures of female employment in Japan.This thesis was composed of three parts: introduction, main body and conclusion, and the main body concluded three parts. Introduction part starts with the significance and objective of this study. As the reason of the aging with declining birthrate, the demand for female labor force increased, which led to the change of women's sense of employment and labor style. The evolution of Japanese female employment and the effects of countermeasures applied were analyzed. Because of the problem of aging with declining birthrate become more and more serious, the lack of labor force and the theory that female employment would influence the procreation of women, so the issue of female employment has been paid more and more attentions.In the main body, the following issues were discussed.Firstly, the problem of aging with declining birthrate occurred in Japan, and soon became a serious problem of the society.
