China not only is a developing country but also in the process of system transition, so it has the nature of a transition economy. In recent years, improvement was done in employment in China. The number of jobs increased year by year and the structure of employment optimize, and the employment systems continuously improve, and quality of the workforce has greatly improved. But along with the gradual establishment of market economy, increased competition of the market and changes of the industrial structure, there generate a large number of unemployed inevitably. The essence of unemployed workers is that the people who have the ability to work can not realize their right to work, the groups of unemployed and the numbers people unemployed too much are more than the affordability so they are the unstable factors and they affect the social stability and solidarity. Employment has become one of the important issues which need to be resolved. Currently, the phenomenon of over-supply of employment, structures of labor and jobs do not matched appear, although our diversified forms of employment, the relevant legal system does not regulate. And many of the rights of workers not protected. After China’s accession to WTO, there has not been effective in improving the employment situation. So what causes this kind of employment do?In the text, by Large amounts of data through charts, Employment status and employment factors were analyzed, and I found that the employment problem in China remains a prominent reason that The internal environment affect employment (including the system, structure, labor force quality, and policy system) and External environment (including the WTO, the economic crisis from evolution of the financial crisis). For this reason, how we should solve the employment problem?Finally, in this article, I learn from the theory of employment, and employment situation in our country and the formation of the reasons for the current employment. I will give the advices including three aspects of improve the economic system reform, Improve the standard employment system and encourage the development of the labor itself that solve the employment problem in China.
